To use BotHelp from mobile devices, you need to open a browser on your smartphone and go to bothelp.io. You don't need to install any application, just a browser.

 

Important!

The mobile version is just an additional opportunity to do something urgent, for example, reply to a subscriber while you are away from the computer. You should not consider the mobile version as a full-fledged replacement for the full one.

 

Registration

If you have already registered on the BotHelp platform, skip this step. 

Open the BotHelp using your mobile device's browser.

  1. Click the Get Access .
  2. Enter your first and last name, email, create a password and click Next .
  3. Think of a domain (how to choose a domain is described in this video or in the video on VKontakte ), indicate a contact phone number and click the Create account .
  4. Please wait while your account is created.
  5. In a few seconds, you will be taken to your newly created account and will be able to use the platform.

Entrance to the office

You can log in to your previously created account using the individual link xxx.bothelp.io , where xxx is your domain .
A video on VKontakte will help you .

  1. Enter your account address in the address bar.
  2. Enter the address and password you used to register and click Login .

How to use the platform on a smartphone

After the first login, you will be taken to the "Quick Start" page. You can follow the recommendations there step by step, for example, connect a new channel (1) or go to the menu and go to any section you need (2).

 

The mobile version of the application is not fundamentally different from the computer version. On the phone, you can do everything that you can do with a PC, with the only difference being that it is not as convenient to control the touchpad.

It will be useful to sometimes switch to the full version of the site through the browser settings.

You can also move the phone to a horizontal position, which may be more convenient in some situations.
