When connecting VKontakte to BotHelp, be sure to follow these instructions.

(!) If you change the administrator rights, access to the group, its address (link), or the key for the flow, the connection may be disrupted. If this happens, you should reconnect the channel.

What to do if an error occurs?

Wait

If you have created a community in the last 24 hours, we recommend that you just wait. For now, you can set up everything in the community or connect other channels and build a flow there, and then convert it for VKontakte.
If repeated attempts have failed, write to the support chat.

Clear the access keys

  • Go to the “Working with API” section in your group settings.
  • Find an application in the list that you don’t use, or an application for which many keys have been created. Click the Delete All App Keys button. Later, you can re-grant access to this application, and a new key will be generated for it.

  • Go to the Callback API tab and select the application that you no longer use from the list.

  • Scroll down and delete its server.

Standard actions

The problem may be related to your device or connection.

Try switching to incognito mode (Ctrl+Shift+N), using a different browser, clearing cookies and logging back into BotHelp, logging back into VKontakte, disabling browser extensions, and trying another Internet channel or computer. If this doesn’t help, try disabling your antivirus, ad blocker, or pop-up blocker.

Change your VPN

If you use a VPN service to work in VKontakte, try to select other settings or use another VPN service.
