How to change your email address
Your personal account is not assigned to Yandex. mail. To replace the email address you entered when registering with BotHelp, you need to add another administrator to your merchant profile with the required email. Then go under the new username (email) in the cabinet and delete the old administrator.
Information from the merchant profile will be sent to the email address of everyone who is currently listed as the current administrator.

How to change your password
To restore your password, use the recovery form: https://*domen*.bothelp.io/forgot-password
To do this, enter the email address that you registered for, get an email to your email address, and follow the instructions in.
If there are several admins in your merchant Profile and you can’t change your password, you can ask another admin to add a new admin with a simple password for you and send you the input data. You will log in with a new username and password, then change the password in your new profile to a more complex. How to add a new employee in your merchant profile is described in our file.
Emails from BotHelp are not being sent to your email address
Check the spam folder — messages may end up there.
You may have unsubscribed from our messages. In this case, follow this link: https://api.elasticemail.com/contact/subscribe?version=2&pID=836653f3-398e-4354-a331-e69eae52c209
Enter your email address and confirm your subscription so that we can send you an email.
After subscribing, try sending yourself a password recovery email again.
Forgot your domain
Domain (subdomain) — is the name of your account.
The account address looks like this: domen.bothelp.io
The name is selected during registration. You can’t change the subdomain. You can only create a new account with the new name.
Check the email address with which you registered. After registration, we send you an email with your domain and username.

Forgot the email address you registered with
If there are several admins in your merchant profile, you can ask another admin to send you your email address. All administrators can see this data.
If you are the only administrator in your merchant Profile, write to the support chat in your merchant profile or to [email protected]. Name your current domain and all mail options that you might have specified during registration.
Support may ask you to confirm that you are an administrator of connected communities in your merchant Profile.
Change the linked bank card for payment
You need to cancel your subscription in the “Payment” section of your merchant Profile, then pay with a new bank card.

Pay for several months at once
Tariffs for individuals who pay with a bank card allow you to activate a subscription for a month in advance. This way, you can pay for one additional period (30 days).

If the subscription is enabled, money is debited from the card automatically at the end of the paid period. If you have exceeded the subscriber limit, you will automatically switch to the next pricing plan.
Payment by bank transfer for legal entities and sole proprietors is possible for a license for 6 or 12 months of using.

Can I connect my personal profile from a social network as a channel in my merchant profile?
Our integration with messengers allows you to connect groups communities in VKontakte, business pages in Facebook and Instagram, bot accounts in Telegram and Viber as channels. You won’t be able to connect your personal profile as a channel.
