Setting Up Push Notifications
When you open the app for the first time, it will ask for permission to send notifications.
If you declined notifications on the first launch, you can only enable them later through Settings → BotHelp → Notifications on your smartphone.
If you enabled notifications but want to disable them, follow these steps:
- Go to the Profile tab → Notification Settings.
- Turn off the checkbox for receiving notifications about new messages.
- If you want to enable notifications again, go back to Profile → Notification Settings and turn the checkbox back on.
Attachments via Dialogs
This feature allows you to trigger selected bots and broadcasts for a subscriber based on a specific event in the dialogue:
- Available for all messengers.
- You can send up to 10 attachments in a single message.
- Maximum file size: 5 MB for an image, 50 MB for a document.
Notifications in Telegram
You can open a dialogue from a Telegram notification directly in the BotHelp mobile app.
If you are not logged into your account, the app will prompt you to do so.
Important
If you have connected a MAX channel and haven’t updated the mobile app, errors may occur when the first dialogue appears in the app (only in the app). We recommend updating the app.
If MAX is not used, updating is not required (but recommended); everything will work as before.
