The Bitrix24 integration connects BotHelp with your CRM and allows you to create and update leads and deals directly from flows, as well as communicate with customers from a Bitrix24 deal card. It helps automatically transfer requests from a chatbot to the sales team without manually copying customer data.
Features
- Create and update leads and deals from the Action step in the flow builder using the actions “Create deal in Bitrix24” and “Update deal in Bitrix24”.
- The integration is also available in the AI-agent through the “Deal in Bitrix24” function. For more details, see the article “Deal in Bitrix24”.
- Support for two Bitrix24 CRM modes:
- Classic CRM (with leads)
- Simple CRM (without leads)
The CRM mode is selected in the integration settings.
- Connect a Bitrix24 account using both a standard domain and a custom domain (on-premise version).
- Field mapping: Bitrix24 field → BotHelp subscriber field or variable. Funnels, stages, and fields are automatically loaded from Bitrix24.
- Two-way conversation transfer:
- bot messages appear in the Bitrix24 deal card;
- operator replies are sent back to the subscriber.
- Actions work across all supported messengers.

Use cases
🛒 Lead collection through a chatbot
A marketer collects requests through a chatbot. At the required step, the flow automatically creates a lead in Bitrix24, and the sales team immediately sees the new request.
🔁 Moving deals through the sales funnel
After a payment or consultation booking, the flow uses the Update in Bitrix24 action to move the deal to the next funnel stage.
💬 Customer communication from Bitrix24
An operator communicates with a customer directly from the Bitrix24 deal card. Messages are transferred in both directions.
The integration is also available in the AI-agent through the Deal in Bitrix24 function. For more details, see the article “Deal in Bitrix24”.
