To transfer data from the Tilda registration form to the BotHelp subscriber profile via widget buttons, you need to set up a work scenario.
- The subscriber is taken to a website with a registration form from Tilda.
- Fills out the form and presses the button to confirm.
- After successfully filling out the form, the subscriber is automatically redirected to the "Thank You" page.
- On the "Thank you" page, via widget buttons, the subscriber opens and launches the BotHelp bot
- Done! The data from the form has been saved in the subscriber's .
What needs to be done to make this form data transfer scenario work:
1. In the Tilda website builder, create a page and add a standard form to it: block BF204N
“Vertical form with multiple fields”.
2. In the registration form settings:
- Add fields to fill in with the types Email, Name, Phone .
IMPORTANT!
- Do not change the values in the "Variable name" field for these fields. The names should remain by default: email, name, phone . In this case, the values from the form will be written to the standard subscriber fields in BotHelp.
- For the Phone , you need to specify the mask type "Automatic mask with country code" or configure your mask so that you can enter a phone number only in the international format:
+79161234567
. - For the fields, specify the variable name email, phone with a lowercase letter.
- You can add additional auxiliary fields with the type "Multiple-line input field".
- For such an additional field, it is necessary to specify a name in the "Variable name" field. In order for the form data from this field to be saved in the subscriber's profile, a custom field with the same name must already be added to their profile. If the subscriber does not have a custom field with the same name, the data from this field will not be saved in the subscriber's profile.
- In the "Page address if successful" field, specify the link to your "Thank you" page, from which the subscriber will subscribe to the bot.
4. Add block T123
"HTML code". Insert java script inside the block:
<script src="https://main.bothelp.io/w/widget-button-tilda-form-parser.js" defer></script>
a widget button to the “Thank you” page to subscribe to the bot.
