The “People” section displays a list of all people (active or unsubscribed/those who blocked the chat) from all channels (active and disabled).
Who becomes a person
After connecting your channel to the platform, everyone who interacts with your community/flow in messages in any way becomes your person.
(!) Even if people just text you in the community, they will become your people.
By clicking on the person’s name or avatar, you can open a separate window with their profile.
This window contains basic information about the person and the message history with them (chat).
You can also see a username (nickname) in Telegram and a link to the profile in VKontakte.
(!) If an ID is displayed in the “Account” field instead of the Telegram username, it means that the person did not create a username or hid the data in privacy settings.
Active people
An active person is a person to whom you can send a message. You can view the number of active people in the payment section.
You can filter, export, or delete people.
How to select all people
To select all people from the top in the “People” section, click on the checkbox in the drop-down list and click on the “Select all” checkbox.
You can select only those who are displayed on the page. To do this, click on the upper checkbox.
To select a specific person, click on the checkbox next to their name.
Actions with people
▶ You can perform actions with flows in the person’s profile:
- See which flow and which step the person is in.
- Add a person to the flow for a specific step.
- Remove a person from the flow (stop the flow from working for them).
▶ Perform actions with sequences:
- Add a person to a sequence.
- Remove a person from a sequence (stop the sequence for them).
▶ Actions with tags:
- Set a tag.
- Remove a tag.
▶ Delete a person.
▶ Unsubscribe/subscribe a person.

- How to find the link to the conversation with the person (link to the person’s profile)?
To find the link to the conversation, do the following:
- Go to the people base and find a conversation with the right person, click on their name.
- In the person’s profile that opens, copy the link in the browser address bar and send the link to our support chat.
- What if the person subscribes in different social networks?
People are counted for each channel separately. Even if the same person subscribes on both VKontakte and Facebook*, they will be counted as two. Since they will receive two messages from the service, but in different messengers or from different communities. - Why is there one number in the “People” section and another in the “Payment” section?
The “People” section shows everyone who has ever subscribed to the channel. Only active people are displayed in the “Payment” section or inside the broadcasting. Active people are those to whom you can send a message. Inactive people are those who have completely rejected all messages (blocked the chat).
On Instagram*, after the 24-hour window closes, people continue to be counted in your pricing plan.
To those who refused sequences, you can write manually through the conversations. Therefore, they are considered active and chargeable.
- How to view unsubscribed people?
To see the number of unsubscribed people, it is recommended to filter people using the “Unsubscribed” — “Yes” rule. This filter includes those who have blocked the chat and/or unsubscribed from automatic messages by the Unsubscribe action.
You can delete those who have unsubscribed.
