Unlike broadcasting in other messengers, in WhatsApp* broadcasting, you can only send pre-agreed paid templates.

How to send a broadcasting in WhatsApp*
- In the “Broadcasting” section, click New Broadcasting.
2. Select the desired WhatsApp channel, set the conditions to whom the broadcasting should be sent.
3. In the second setup step, select the desired template.
4. Enter the name of the broadcasting, schedule it for the appropriate time, or select “Send now”.
5. After that, click the Confirm button.
Important!
Unlike other broadcasting, WhatsApp* broadcasting is paid. The cost depends on the number of people to whom the broadcasting will be sent, and on the country where the people’s numbers are registered. For example, a broadcasting for 1,000 people from Russia will cost 47 $ (3344 ₽).

How to pay for templates?
Payment is made via 360dialog, because the card can be linked to the account there.
The debit charge takes place post factum, at the end of the month.
Features of the broadcasting copying
After copying the broadcasting, if you change the channel type from WhatsApp* to any other type (for example, Telegram) or from any other type to Whatsapp*, the message will not be saved in the copy, and the second step of creating the broadcasting will have to be set up anew.
