Creating a Facebook Business Page*
To work with flows in Facebook* and Instagram* you definitely need a Facebook business page*: without it, you will not be able to automate the process. It is not possible to connect the flow to personal pages.
You can create a business page by going to the main Facebook page*, the “Pages” section.
Next, click the + Create New Page button.
Fill in all the fields and click Create Page.
Add a profile photo and cover, click Save.
The business page has been successfully created, and you can connect it to BotHelp.
Linking Instagram* to Facebook*
To connect Instagram to BotHelp, you have to link the Facebook business page* to your Instagram profile*. You can do this via Instagram* (instructions in this article) and Facebook*.
The second method is described below.
Go to the business page settings.
- Select the “Linked Accounts” section — Instagram*.
- Click Connect Account.
- Allow access to messages.
- Select the desired profile in Instagram*.
- If the profile is linked to another page, click Change linked Page.
- If you see this page, then the Instagram profile* has been successfully linked.
8. If nothing is displayed, refresh the page in the browser.
