This article describes the basic settings for integration with GetCourse when the site is created on GetCourse itself.
If the site is built in some other constructor, you should add the GetCourse widget. In this case, read our other article.
What data about the person and their order can be sent to BotHelp?
- Email — the person’s email address.
- Phone — the person’s phone number.
- CUID — a unique person identifier in BotHelp.
- Custom fields — fields in the person’s BotHelp profile.
- The offer number — the unique identifier of the offer in GetCourse for which the person placed the order.
- Order status — the status of the order that the person placed in GetCourse. In BotHelp, you can check all the statuses that are available in GetCourse:
- New
- Completed
- Cancelled
- False
- In progress
- Awaiting payment
- Partially paid for
- Awaiting a refund
- Not confirmed
- Postponed
Data about the person and their order is transmitted and received by configuring the respective process in GetCourse and configuring the “Condition” block in the BotHelp flow.

Important! In general, you can set up any GetCourse integration script that suits your business logic.
The key point is that there has to be a process set up in GetCourse in which you send data about the person and their order, or which specifies what has to be done with the BotHelp person.
