In this article, you will learn how to import VKontakte people from other broadcasting services (e.g., Senler or “Gamayun”) to the BotHelp platform.
Only people who have had conversations with your community and are in the file are imported.

❕ After importing, only those users who have given permission to your community to send them private messages will be added to the list of people.
File for import
To import, you will need a txt file with user IDs in VKontakte. Each identifier has to be placed on a new line. Sample file.
You can download this file from another service or assemble it using other methods.
Connecting the community
To start importing, you have to connect the community to BotHelp. Instructions are here →
After that, you have to add at least one person. To do this, simply text to your community from any account.
After that, you will have a list of people and an import button. Click on it to add a file.
Click on the button to open the people import window.
Import
- Select the community the people list of which you plan to upload.
- Assign a tag so that you can understand the source of these people in the future.
- Click the Import button.
It may take some time to import, as each user and their subscription to the messages of the selected group are being checked. You will see the added profiles after updating the page.
