BotHelp extensions provide access to increased video storage and powerful AI features — now your bot doesn’t just respond, it thinks and understands. Send large videos, webinar and lesson recordings, connect an AI agent, and turn your customer communication into a full-service experience.
Extension Features
Each extension includes a certain amount of video storage and a package of tokens for the AI agent.
*The cost is added on top of your main subscription fee. The first payment is charged together with your next subscription payment date.
How to Activate an Extension

Go to the Payment or Storage section.

Choose the desired extension level.

Click Activate Extension.
The extension activates immediately, and its cost will be charged with your next subscription payment. No payment is required at the moment of activation.
How to Change Extension Levels

You can upgrade your extension level at any time — new limits will apply immediately. No additional payment is needed right away; the cost will be added to your next subscription payment.

Downgrading or disabling an extension is only possible if your current storage usage fits within the lower limit. Please note:

Token and storage limits will decrease immediately after downgrading.

Disabling or downgrading is not available during the first month after activation or upgrade.

Bonuses for Large Clients

For clients with 100,000+ subscribers, the PLUS extension is activated automatically and free of charge.

If you downgrade your subscription (e.g., from 100k to 50k), the extension remains active and can be disabled manually.
Payment of Extensions for 6- or 12-Month Prepaid Licenses
If you pay for a license for 6 or 12 months as a legal entity, you can get an extension in two ways:

Add the extension to the invoice when paying for the license.

Generate a separate invoice for the extension during the license period.
You can only cancel the extension after the license period ends.

Can I activate an extension during the trial period?
No, this option is not available.
Can I downgrade the extension level in the first month?
No, downgrading is only allowed starting from the second month.
What happens if I don’t pay for the extension?
Your account will be suspended, as the subscription and extension fees are charged together.
Where can I see my active extension?
The profile icon shows a badge with your current extension level. You can also see the extension level in Settings > Payment.
