Now in the partner program, you can earn rewards for referring the payment gateway. Below is a detailed description of how it works and how your income is calculated.
Two referral links in the partner dashboard
Inside the “Referral Links” section, there are now two blocks:
- Referral link for bringing clients to the platform;
- Referral link for connecting the payment gateway.
How the link looks:
https://getplatinum.ru/auth/register?ref=bothelp&ref2=XXXX, where XXXX is your partner ID (can contain numbers and letters).

Use this link to connect your referrals to the payment gateway. The referral will be linked to your partner account, and you will receive a reward.
How referrals registered via your referral link are tracked
Your client follows your link and registers on GetPlatinum. The system saves your partner ID and automatically assigns this client to you.
Display in the dashboard
In the BotHelp partner dashboard, you can see all clients you have referred. Go to the “Payments” section → “List of paying accounts.” The “Reason” column shows why you received a reward for the referral. For example, the reason “Payment Gateway” indicates that the reward was granted for connecting the client to GetPlatinum.
How partner rewards are calculated
The partner reward is calculated based on GetPlatinum’s net commission.
Net commission refers to the amount of GetPlatinum’s deductions from the partner’s referral, minus mandatory fees and charges related to processing the corresponding payment.
Example of calculating GetPlatinum’s net commission:
- The referral received payments through GetPlatinum totaling 10,000 ₽ for the month
- GetPlatinum commission — 3.5%
3.5% of 10,000 ₽ = 350 ₽ — this is GetPlatinum’s revenue - Cost of servicing these payments — 100 ₽
Net commission GPL = 350 ₽ − 100 ₽ = 250 ₽
Partner reward
The partner receives 20%
20% of 250 ₽ = 50 ₽

Share the main partner link → earn income from clients’ BotHelp subscription payments.
Use the payment gateway link → earn rewards for its connection.
All links and rewards are transparently displayed in the dashboard under “Payments”.
