You may need to look at how many people there are on a particular channel or how many people are assigned a certain tag.

Filters will help you find these people. Filtering is possible:

  • in the “People” section

  • in the “Analytics” section — “Sources”

To filter out people:

  • select the channel to which the people you need are subscribed (1);
  • choose whether you need strict filtering by specific rules (“AND”) or whether you can collect all those who match any of the rules (“OR”) (2);
  • select a rule (tag, field, status) (3);
  • select the details of the rule (4);
  • select or write a specific rule value (5);
  • add other rules if necessary.

After filtering, you will see the number and profiles of the filtered users.

To select all people from the top in the “Subscribers” section, click on the checkbox in the drop-down list and click on the “Select all” checkbox. You will see that all people have been highlighted.

After filtering, you can export or delete these people.

You can filter them by matching the data in the text fields.
(!) Numeric fields are not used in filtering and setting up rules for broadcasting.

 Filtering by time/date

Occurs according to your device’s time.

Examples:
Subscribed before March 10th — users who subscribed before March 9th, 23:59, will be displayed.

Subscribed after March 10th — users who became people starting from March 10th, 00:01, will be displayed.
