When you open the app for the first time, it will ask for permission to send notifications.
If you declined notifications at the first launch, you can only enable them later through “Settings” — “BotHelp” — “Notifications” on your smartphone.
But if you enabled notifications and want to turn them off, you need to:

Go to the “Profile” tab — “Notification Settings.”

Uncheck the box for receiving notifications about new messages.

If you want to enable them again, go back to the “Profile” tab — “Notification Settings” and check the box to activate notifications.
