If you encounter issues while using the platform, try one or more of the following steps:
For Windows:
- Clear your browser cache (Ctrl+Shift+Delete, select “all time” for cache reset)
- Try a different browser
- Open a tab in incognito mode (Ctrl+Shift+N)
- Disable antivirus, if installed
- Disable pop-up blockers in browser extensions
- Disable Windows Firewall
- Turn VPN on/off, if you are using one
- Try a different device (e.g., mobile phone, friend’s or colleague’s computer)
For Mac:
- Clear your browser cache (Command (⌘) + Shift + Delete, select “all time” for cache reset)
- Try a different browser
- Open a tab in incognito mode (Command (⌘) + Shift + N)
- Disable antivirus, if installed
- Disable pop-up blockers in browser extensions
- Disable macOS Firewall (Go to System Preferences → Network → Firewall and temporarily turn it off)
- Turn VPN on/off, if you are using one
- Try a different device (e.g., mobile phone, friend’s or colleague’s computer)
