BotHelp Partnership Program Levels and Conditions for Change
The BotHelp partnership program has three levels:

PRO — 25% commission, free account for 3 months up to 1,000 subscribers.

Rocket — 30% commission, free account for 3 months up to 5,000 subscribers.

Elite — 35% commission, free account for 3 months up to 10,000 subscribers.
Starting Level
All new participants of the program start at the PRO level.
Level Upgrade
A level upgrade is possible when meeting either of the following criteria:

reaching a certain number of active referrals
-
reaching a certain amount of paid tariffs by referrals
Once the partner meets the requirements for the next level:

the status is updated automatically in the Partner Dashboard
-
the partner immediately receives the new commission rate and bonuses of the corresponding level
Level Retention
After an upgrade, the new commission rate and bonuses remain in effect until the next annual review. Thus, when moving to Rocket or Elite, the partner receives the higher commission rate and bonuses until January of the following year.
Important: if a level is reached during the year, changes take effect immediately after the conditions are met.
Annual Partner Review

Review date: January 15 of each year.

On this day, the partner’s status is recalculated in the Partner Dashboard.

The following are checked:

the number of active paying referrals in the last month (December of the previous year)
-
paid plans (6- or 12-month tariffs) are also counted, as they guarantee activity on the review date

Review Results
-
✔ If the number of active referrals matches the requirements of the current level, the partner keeps the level.

✖ If none of the months during the control period met the requirements, the partner is downgraded by one level.
Consequences of Downgrade
In case of downgrade:
-
the partner loses higher-level bonuses (e.g., commission rate),
-
but continues to use the free account until the end of the granted period.
Level Calculation Algorithm

Start of the year – the current level is fixed (PRO, Rocket, Elite).

During the year – after each referral’s payment for the platform:
-
the total payment amount is updated
-
the number of active referrals is updated
-
if the requirements for the next level are met (e.g., ≥11 referrals or ≥200,000 ₽ for Rocket), the partner is immediately upgraded.

After upgrade – the partner receives new bonuses and commission rate until the end of the year.

January 15 – the review is carried out:
-
if the number of active referrals meets the level requirements, the level is retained
-
if not, the partner is downgraded by one step
-

After downgrade – higher-level bonuses are canceled, and the partner continues under the new level.
Example:
If in May a partner moves to the Rocket level, they start receiving Rocket commission rates immediately after meeting the conditions. In January of the following year, their level will be either confirmed or downgraded based on the review results.
