- How does a landing page work?

A user clicks your link and lands on the landing page.

They’re interested in your offer and click the CTA (Call To Action) button.

They give permission for your VK group to send them messages.

The user then receives messages in Direct from the bot or autoresponder you’ve linked to this landing page.
- When does the Subscribe button change to Unsubscribe?
The Subscribe button changes to Unsubscribe when:
The user is already in the funnel connected to this landing page.
The user already has a tag you’ve set in the landing page settings.
If two or more VK landing pages use the same tag, subscribing to one will make the button on the others show as Unsubscribe.
How does auto-subscription work?
Auto-subscription means the user is immediately asked for permission to receive messages when opening the landing page — as if they clicked the CTA button themselves.
VK Landing Page via Mini-Landing Page

The VK landing page retains the email and phone number entered earlier on a mini-landing page, even if the VK landing doesn’t have input fields for them.

Auto-subscription is automatically enabled if the user comes from a mini-landing page.
- Auto-subscription will not activate if essential data is missing — e.g., an email or phone field exists on the VK landing but wasn’t on the mini-landing.
Which users are shown in landing page statistics?
All page visits are counted in the stats — not just unique ones.
Why is the VK landing page not displaying (only app opens via the link)?
Possible reasons:

You didn’t add the BotHelp application.

You didn’t grant the app access to the page. In the VK landing editor, click Connect App on the right and grant access.

Your platform access has expired — choose a plan and make a payment.

The user is not logged into VK.

The landing is visible only to admins. Change visibility in the app settings to All users.
Why don’t users receive a message after subscribing via VK landing?

Make sure a bot or autoresponder is selected in the VK landing page settings (second field).

The bot or autoresponder is inactive — activate the sequence.
