Replies and Conversations
To view conversations through a flow in the MAX channel:

Go to Dialogs in the left menu.

In the filters, select the MAX channel and click Apply.
Dialogues are categorized into:

Mine

Closed

Spam
For any conversations, you can:

Reply
-
Mark as spam
-
Assign to yourself or another agent

Close the dialogue
The subscriber card on the right shows key information and tags.
When replying from Conversations, you can use emojis, attachments, and quick replies.
Broadcasts
Manual broadcasts are available for MAX. Supported message types:

To create a broadcast:

Go to Broadcasts in the left menu → click New Broadcast → select the MAX channel.

Choose conditions and advanced segmentation settings to define your audience.

Enter your text message (up to 4000 characters) and optionally add:

File up to 50MB

Video up to 50MB

Image

Set the broadcast name and sending time.
After sending, you can view the broadcast in Sent and check status, delivery, views, and clicks. Broadcasts can be copied to other messengers via the three-dot menu.

Mini-Landing Pages with MAX Button

Go to Growth Tools → New Tool → select Mini-Landing under Landings & Widgets.

Configure:

Landing name
-
Tags
-
Title and description
-
Attach image (recommended 1200×300 px, max 100 KB) or video (.mp4 or .mov up to 1.95 GB, or link from YouTube, RuTube, VK Video, or Zen)

Select MAX channel, set the button text, choose the MAX flow, and specify the starting step.

Configure advanced settings, save, and copy the mini-landing link.
Subscribers clicking the button will enter the MAX flow and start the pre-configured scenario.
Other available widgets for MAX: Subscription Widget and Button Widget.
Payment Acceptance in MAX
You can accept payments directly in the MAX flow. Use GetPlatinum for both recurring and one-time payments.

Register via the referral link with priority support: GetPlatinum

Create a payment page: Automation → Payment Acceptance → New Payment Page

Configure all settings, payment parameters, and actions.

Copy the macro to insert into a text message or URL button in MAX; it will convert into a payment link.
CRM Integrations

Connect BotHelp to amoCRM to work with MAX flows and CRM together.

In a MAX flow, select the Action step → Add Action → Send data to amoCRM

Select pipeline, stage, and optionally check Send message to amoCRM

Map BotHelp fields to amoCRM fields using Add Field

To update existing data, choose Update deal in amoCRM
