Closing Documents
You can download all closing documents yourself if you have an active license. They are available in your personal account under the “Payment” section.
You have two options to receive the original documents: via EDI or Russian Post.
1. EDI “Kontur.Diadoc”
You need to send us an invitation in the “Kontur.Diadoc” system to start exchanging documents.
To do this:

Log in to your EDI system.

Find the “Counterparties” tab.

Click the Search and Invite button.

Enter the Tax ID (INN) of LLC “Bothelp”: 3257037015.

Click Send Invitation.
Also, please email us at admin@bothelp.io with the following information:
— Your company’s Tax ID (INN);
— Invoice numbers and dates for which you need the originals;
— The name of the account (domain) where the invoices were generated.
Within 24 hours, we will accept your invitation in the Kontur.Diadoc EDI system and will be able to send you the documents.
2. Russian Post
To receive originals by mail, please email us at admin@bothelp.io with the following details:
— Your company’s Tax ID (INN);
— Invoice numbers and dates for which you need the originals;
— The name of the account (domain) where the invoices were generated;
— The exact postal address including the postal code to send the documents to;
— Full name of the recipient.
After that, we will send you the original documents via Russian Post.
