Order Status in GetCourse (Condition Step)
The Order Status in GetCourse condition step allows you to:

Segment subscribers based on whether they have made a purchase or not

Launch personalized message flows for users who have purchased a product and for those who haven’t

Set up targeted communication tailored to a specific funnel
Requirements Before Use
To use this condition, you must:

Set up the integration between BotHelp and GetCourse [Link]

Install the BotHelp plugin in GetCourse [Link]

Link subscribers between BotHelp and GetCourse — one method is described in this article [Link]
The condition will not work unless these steps are completed.
How the Condition Works
Once everything is configured, in the Condition step you’ll be able to set:

Order status (e.g., “Completed”)
- Offer ID (entered manually)
- Offer tags (selectable from a dropdown if the integration is set up properly)
Note: The Offer ID and tags follow an OR logic — the condition is triggered if at least one of the criteria is met.
