You can connect an AI-agent to a Telegram Business Account, which will respond to messages 24/7, send broadcasts, and run flows and auto-broadcasts.
How to Connect a Business Account

Set up a flow.

Connect the flow to the Business Account.

Connect the flow to BotHelp.

Configure automations.
Important: For personal Telegram accounts without Business (Premium), automations are not available.
Setting Up a Flow

Log in to your Telegram account and search for @BotFather.

Create a new flow or select an existing flow in BotFather.

Enter /mybots and select the flow you want.
Click Bot Settings → Business Mode → Turn Business Mode On.
Connecting the Flow to a Business Account

Go to Business Account Settings → Telegram for Business → Chat Flows.

In Chat Flows, enter the flow link or @username of your flow.

Select where the flow can work:

Scroll down to Flow Permissions and enable Reply to Messages. Without this, the flow cannot respond in chats.
Connecting the Flow to BotHelp

In BotHelp, go to Settings → Channels.

Click Add New Channel → select Telegram.

Enter the token of your Telegram flow (added as a chat flow in the Business Account).

Click Add Channel.
The new channel will appear in the list of connected channels.
Now you can connect an AI-agent, send broadcasts, and run flows and auto-broadcasts for this Telegram Business Account.
Connecting an AI-Agent

Once the Business Account is linked to BotHelp, you can create an AI-agent to interact with users in your Telegram account.

Open AI-Agents.

Select an existing agent or create a new one.

In the agent settings under Launch Method, add the Business Account as a channel or create a flow for the Business Account and include the AI-agent as a step in the flow.
Creating Flows / Broadcasts / Auto-Broadcasts

After linking the Business Account to BotHelp, you can create flows, broadcasts, or auto-broadcasts.

Note: In Business Account flows, Question Card and Menu buttons are not available.

Important: Telegram Business Accounts follow a 24-hour messaging window: flows can only send messages to a subscriber within 24 hours of their last message.

Recommended: design flow chains so subscribers are prompted to interact after each message (ask questions, use buttons). This allows the flow to operate longer while the subscriber remains active.
Interaction in Conversations

Once the Business Account is connected to BotHelp, all selected chats are visible in Conversations.

Important: The 24-hour messaging window applies — flows can only message subscribers within 24 hours of their last message.

Subscribers of the Business Account are treated as subscribers of a separate channel.
