You can connect a number registered in WhatsApp Business API* (WABA) to our platform.
If the number has not been registered yet, first go to this article.
Instructions for adding a WhatsApp number to BotHelp
- Go to the profile settings.
- Click the Add New Channel button.
- Select WhatsApp from the list of available channels.
- Enter the API key, phone number, and channel name in the fields.
- Click Add Channel.
The new channel will be displayed in the connected list. You can start chatting with your people.
Features of autofunnels for WhatsApp in BotHelp
Launching chains
For WhatsApp, you can create a flow and sequences. The chain can be launched through growth tools or automation.
In the case of a mini-landing page, you have to additionally enter a keyword in the button settings. It will be inserted into the text line when the button is clicked. It is when this word is sent that the funnel will be launched.
What can be sent in flows
- Text.
- Question (with no answer options).
- Image.
- File.
- Buttons to move to another step.
- URL buttons.
- Button menu.
Limits on the number of characters per text message
- 4096 characters in a block without buttons.
- 1024 characters in a block with buttons.
Functionality that is not yet available for WhatsApp on our platform
We are constantly adding BotHelp features to the WhatsApp channel. However, there is no import yet, so it will not be possible to transfer the people base.
