ApiWay

The ApiWay service allows you to connect BotHelp with other platforms. The data is transferred via a webhook.

More than 40 services are available for integration. Among them are:

Google Sheets
amoCRM
Unisender
Tilda and others.

You can find the full list on the integrator’s website.

In order to set up the integration, you will have to:

Create a flow.
Connect BotHelp and the required platform to the integrator.
Create a Way integration.
Copy the webhook URL from the integration.
Add the webhook URL to the appropriate field in the flow.
Test the work.
Activate integration.

Creating a flow

In order to connect BotHelp to another service via ApiWay, you have to create any flow. For more information about creating flows, see the Flows section.

Connecting platforms

You have to sign up for the ApiWay platform, select BotHelp and the second platform and log in to them.

Creating a Way integration

Select BotHelp as the trigger.
In “Action”, specify the service to which you want to transfer data from the flow.

Adding the webhook URL to the flow

Copy the link to the webhook from ApiWay:

Create a new action.
Add the “Send person data via webhook” action.
Paste the link to the webhook in the field.
Save the action.

The webhook will transfer the data that the user had in their profile when they went through this flow.

Testing

Click on the “Upload/Update available fields” button.

After that, you will have a few minutes to log in to the flow and test its chain. When testing a multi-step flow, be sure to go to the step where you added the action from the webhook. A line flow has to be completed to the end.

If the test is successful, the data that can be transferred from the flow will be loaded.
You have to drag the data that you want to transfer to the new system fields which have to be filled in. See the gif below:
