If needed, you can change the card linked to your BotHelp account. Importantly, when changing the card, your account will not be stopped and will continue to work. The next payment will be charged from the new card.

The card change process depends on the payment system through which you previously paid for your BotHelp subscription.

CloudPayments payment system for Russian cards

To change the card if you pay for your subscription with a Russian card via CloudPayments (CP):

  1. Cancel your current subscription. In other words, disable auto-renewal.

In this state, your account will continue to work until the end of the paid period. After it ends, the subscription will expire, and the account will stop working.

  1. Reactivate the subscription.

In the “Payment” section of your account, find and click the Activate Subscription button.
Pay for the new subscription using the new card.
Done. You have linked a new card, and the paid subscription will start working immediately after the current one ends. All future charges will be made from the new card.
