For one-time broadcasts, statistics are shown in two places:

  • In the general list of sent broadcasts.

  • Inside the broadcast itself.

Broadcast statistics display the following metrics:

  • Sent — total number of messages sent.

  • Delivered — total number of messages delivered.

  • Opened — percentage of viewed messages, calculated from the total number of messages sent.

  • Clicks — percentage of button clicks (if the broadcast contains buttons), also based on the total messages sent.

If the broadcast is sent to multiple channels at once, the overall statistics become available after it’s finished sending to all channels. You can view stats per channel by clicking on the main broadcast.

Progress tracking

During the broadcast, you can monitor progress. The completed portion is shown as a percentage. Each broadcast displays its start and end time.

If the broadcast is sent to multiple channels, click on the main broadcast to see progress for each one.

Frequently asked questions

Why does the number of messages sent not match the number of subscribers included in the broadcast?

Several reasons:

  • If the broadcast was scheduled, some users may have unsubscribed by the time it was sent. Conversely, new subscribers may have been added who meet the criteria.

  • Broadcasting isn’t instant; messengers have rate limits on the number of messages sent per second. Each platform has its own limits. For example, sending to 10,000 Telegram subscribers can take up to 35 minutes.

  • Facebook* might block your broadcast, which means it won’t be delivered to all subscribers. Read more about that in this article.

Why are click numbers not shown?

Click stats are only available for broadcasts that include buttons.
If there are few recipients, it’s possible that no one clicked the button.

Why are view counts not shown for Telegram?

Telegram doesn’t provide view statistics via its API.
Telegram also doesn’t provide stats for quick reply clicks in question blocks.

For all other messengers, view and click stats are shown if buttons are present in the message.

Auto-broadcast statistics

There’s a separate article covering auto-broadcast statistics.
