Registering and Setting Up Flows in the MAX Messenger.

With the platform, you can create flows and connect mini-applications to configure conversation scenarios, handle requests, and process orders without switching to external platforms. You can also add your organization’s channel in MAX to publish news.

Flow registration in the messenger is available only for legal entities and individual entrepreneurs in Russia (registration for other countries is currently unavailable).

There is no longer a need to use a profile on RuStore or the MSP.RF portal. For BotHelp clients, the MAX integration provides an option to obtain a flow token.

Note: Auto-broadcasts are not available for the MAX channel.

If you are not yet registered in MAX:

  1. Go to the BotHelp dashboard.

  2. In the left menu, select Settings → Channels → Add New Channel.

  3. Choose MAX and click Get Token. A new browser window will open for login or registration.

Logging in or Registering on MAX

  • If you are already registered, use your existing credentials (email or phone).

  • If you are new to the platform and followed the link from BotHelp:

    1. Enter your phone number — it is recommended to use your organization’s corporate number.

    2. Enter the SMS code sent to this number. Done! You are now authorized on the platform.

Important: One phone number or email corresponds to a single organization profile and all linked services: flows, mini-apps, and channels.

Organization Profile Login

  1. Enter your organization’s INN (10 or 12 digits), click Next → Create, and follow the on-screen instructions.

  2. Complete verification.

Organization Verification

Verification confirms that your business is officially registered. Only the owner of the organization (sole executive) or a representative with first or sole signature rights can complete verification.

If your organization is not verified, you will see the Confirm Organization screen. To verify and access platform services:

  1. Click Confirm to go to your organization’s personal dashboard.

  2. Choose a verification method:

    • Through Gosuslugi or banking services Alfa ID, T-Business ID

  3. On Gosuslugi, your organization must have a personal account. In the selected bank, your account must be opened and owned by you.

  4. Select the service and click Connect.

  5. Authorize your account in the service.

  6. Confirm consent to share your organization’s data via SMS code. Verification usually takes a few minutes.

Manual Verification

  1. Click Go to Questionnaire.

  2. Fill in required fields in the contact sections and questionnaire, upload necessary documents, and click Finish.

  3. Manual verification usually takes up to 4 business days.

Creating a Flow in MAX

  1. After verification, MAX for business will be available. Create a flow request.

  2. Fill out a short form in the request. The hint says moderation may take up to 24 hours; in practice, approval can be obtained within an hour.

  3. After approval:

    • A green checkmark appears on the flow.

    • The flow token is available under the Integrations section.

Connecting the Channel

  1. Copy the flow token.

  2. Return to the BotHelp dashboard → Settings → Channels → Add New Channel → MAX, and paste the token in the connection window.

Now you can create funnels and communicate with subscribers directly from the BotHelp dashboard.

Subscriber interaction via MAX is available in the following BotHelp sections:

  • Dialogs

  • Subscribers

  • Flows

  • Automation — Greeting

Editing the Flow

The flow’s avatar, name, and description are edited on the MAX side in the MAX for Business interface (where you submitted the flow request and obtained the token).

Steps:

  1. Log in to the MAX dashboard under the organization for which the flow was created.

  2. Open the MAX for Business flows section (where your flow and token are displayed).

  3. Go to the settings of the desired flow and find the block with name / description / avatar.

  4. Upload a new photo and save changes.

  5. If the flow token has not changed, in most cases no re-connection is needed. After updating on MAX, the new avatar will appear in new dialogues and channel display.

Note: If MAX generates a new token during editing (rare, but possible), go to BotHelp → Settings → Channels → MAX and paste the updated token in the channel settings.
