Instagram auto-closing conversations*
Now conversations where the subscriber hasn’t sent any messages themselves are automatically moved to the “Closed” folder in the “Conversations” section.
Activating growth tools, receiving messages from bots, mailings, and button clicks are not considered subscriber messages and do not move the conversation to the “Open” folder.
A conversation will be automatically moved to the “Open” folder if:
-
The subscriber sends a message themselves.
-
The subscriber reaches the action “Chat with agent.”
