How to Access and Edit a Contact Card

To open a contact card:

  1. Select the desired dialog from the general list.

  2. In the top right corner, you will see a left arrow icon. Click it to open the contact card.

To edit any field:

  • Hover your cursor over the field and click the pencil icon ✎ — now you can change the value.

  • Changes are saved instantly when you move to another field or press the Enter key.

  • If you enter invalid data in a field with validation (for example, an email), you won’t be able to save the changes — the field will be highlighted in red.

Managing tags:

  • In the Tags category, you can select a tag to assign to the subscriber.

  • To create a new tag, simply type its name in the field — it will be assigned to the subscriber and saved to the global tag list.

Additional actions inside the contact card:

  • Click the “⋮” menu in the top right corner and select Delete to remove all data and conversation history of this subscriber permanently and irreversibly.

  • The Unsubscribe button unsubscribes the user from the bot.

  • You can resubscribe the user by clicking the button again.
