Payment for the tariff on the BotHelp platform is made monthly. The cost of the tariff depends on the number of active subscribers across all connected channels. You can find out who active subscribers are here.

Upgrading to a higher tariff

It is not possible to manually select a tariff with a larger number of subscribers. It will change automatically as soon as the number of subscribers increases.

You can check the subscriber limits for your tariff and others in the “Settings” — “Payment” section.

1. If the subscription is active

After the number of subscribers exceeds the limit corresponding to the tariff, the tariff will automatically change to the next one. The account continues to work. You will be charged the difference in cost as an additional payment, which will be deducted at the next payment. This happens with an active subscription.

2. If the subscription is inactive

If the number of subscribers exceeds the tariff limit with the subscription inactive, the account will be stopped and the bots will stop working.

(!) Carefully monitor the number of subscribers in your account.

Additional payment for exceeding the limit

If during the paid month the number of subscribers exceeds the allowed limit, the difference between tariffs is charged — an additional fee for exceeding the limit. The amount of this fee depends on the number of “extra” subscribers.

For example, if you have a tariff for up to 1000 subscribers costing 1599 rubles, and you reach 1001 or more, this will correspond to the tariff for up to 2000 subscribers. Then the tariff cost will increase to 2399 rubles.
The difference between these tariffs — 800 rubles — will be added to the next month’s payment.
As a result, the next charge will be 2399 + 800 = 3199 rubles.

The total amount to be charged for the next month will be displayed here:

After the additional payment is deducted, it will appear as a separate line at the bottom of the “Payment” section, where completed payments are shown.

Questions

How to avoid additional payments?

An additional payment will be charged even if you exceed the limit by one subscriber for a few minutes.

The additional payment cannot be canceled or refunded.

If you remove extra subscribers, the tariff for the next month will remain the same, but the additional payment must still be paid. Therefore, to avoid extra costs, it is recommended to monitor the number of subscribers and timely remove those you no longer plan to interact with. This will help you stay within your desired tariff.

How to downgrade the tariff?

Before the invoice for the next period is generated, remove extra subscribers.

If an additional payment has been charged, it must be paid: it will not be removed by downgrading the tariff.

Why doesn’t the tariff plan recalculate and display correctly after removing subscribers?

The current tariff plan is displayed in the “Payment” section of the account.

The tariff will change after the subscription is activated. If you click the “Activate subscription” button, the tariff amount will correspond to the current number of active subscribers.
