In the bot builder (flow builder), you can select and add the “Random Choice” block from the list of available blocks.

In the block settings, you need to specify the number of outputs from the block (minimum two) and the percentage probability for each output.

Once you set the number of outputs and configure their probabilities, the “Random Choice” block will work as follows:

  • The subscriber enters the “Random Choice” block.

  • The subscriber exits the block through one of the outputs.

  • The higher the probability value for an output, the greater the chance that the subscriber will exit the block through that output.

Block operation details:

  • The total probability of all outputs must equal 100%.

  • If an output has a 0% probability, the subscriber cannot exit through that output.

  • The maximum number of outputs from the block is 100.
