To open a conversation (it can only be opened from the “Closed” or “Spam” categories), use the corresponding buttons in the general conversation list or inside the conversation.

Transferring a card from the general conversation list

  1. In the conversation section, hover your cursor over the desired conversation.
  2. A Open button will appear. Click it.

     3. The conversation will be moved to the appropriate category:
a) “New” — if the conversation did not have an assigned agent;
b) “Assigned”/”Mine” — if an agent was selected for the conversation.
After the conversation is transferred, a message will appear indicating that the conversation has been resumed:

Enter the conversation by clicking on it in the general list.
In the upper right corner, you will see buttons for interacting with the conversation. Click the Open button.

The conversation will be moved to the appropriate category:
a) “New” — if the conversation did not have an assigned agent.
b) “Assigned”/”Mine” — if an agent was selected for the conversation.
After the conversation is transferred, a message will appear indicating that the conversation has been resumed:
