To switch from the Senler service to the BotHelp platform, you need to transfer your subscribers, disconnect the community from Senler, and connect it to BotHelp.
Exporting Subscribers
Select the desired community in Senler, then go to the “Subscribers” section. If you do not need to transfer all subscribers, use the filters to select the necessary ones. After that, click the Export button.
In the window that appears, leave all values as default and click the Start button. After a few seconds, a file with the list of IDs will download, which you will need to upload to BotHelp.
Reconnecting the community
To disconnect the community from Senler, go to the “Settings” section, find the required community, and click Disconnect.
Go to the BotHelp dashboard, Settings — Channels. Click the Add New Channel button, select “VKontakte” from the list, and then click the Connect VKontakte button.
Grant access:
Select the required group from the list and click Add Channel. In the new window, click Allow again. After that, a message confirming the successful connection of the channel should appear.

Importing Subscribers
Next, upload the subscribers. To do this, go to the BotHelp dashboard, then to the “Subscribers” section — Import. Click the Import Subscribers button. Select the desired channel (VKontakte community). Add a tag to identify which subscribers were transferred from Senler. Choose the file with subscriber IDs that we downloaded earlier and click the Import button.
Return to the subscriber list and verify that the required subscribers have been added and assigned the corresponding tag.
Repeat the steps described above for each community you are transferring from Senler to BotHelp.
