How to assign a conversation to yourself or another agent
To assign a conversation card to yourself or another agent, you can use the special button inside the conversation.
Transferring a card from inside the conversation
Enter the conversation by clicking on it in the general list.
In the upper right corner, you will see buttons for interacting with the conversation. Click the Unassigned button. The button will be labeled this way if the conversation is not assigned.
A list of all agents will appear. Click on any agent. The list will close, and a message confirming the responsible agent will appear. The assignment button will change its label to the selected agent’s name.
If you want to assign the conversation to yourself, select “You” from the dropdown list. The list will close, and a message confirming the responsible agent will appear. The assignment button will change its label to “You”.
If you want to remove the responsible agent from the conversation, click the assignment button again and select “Unassigned”.
If you want to choose a different responsible agent, click on the name of another agent in the assignment section inside the conversation.
A conversation assigned to an agent will appear in the “Assigned” folder.
