Dialogue Filtering

To filter dialogues by channels, unread messages, or tags, follow these steps.

1. Click the Filter button to open the list of filters.

2. Select one or more channels.

You can also check the “Unread only” checkbox to display only unread dialogues. Additionally, you can specify tags that subscribers must have to appear in the list.

3. Click Apply.

4. Now only dialogues matching the selected filters will be displayed. Filters apply to all folders.

Note! The number of dialogues displayed in folders does not change. This number shows the total number of dialogues in the selected folder. If no dialogues are found matching the filters, you will see the message: “Dialogue list is empty.” In this case, check dialogues in other folders or change the filters.

Canceling filters

  1. Click the Filter button to open the list of filters.
  2. Click the Reset filter button to clear all filters, or click selected filters again to disable them.

Filters will be cleared, and all dialogues will be displayed.

Note! If at least one filter is applied, the “Filter” icon will be active and display the number of selected filters.
