BotHelp has limits on message sending.
If no limits are displayed on the payment screen in your account, it means they are not currently being tracked there.
Currently, for 99% of BotHelp users, the number of messages sent per month matches the selected plan.

All messages sent from the dashboard are counted.

Messages sent by agents from the dashboard to subscribers are counted. Requests via various integrations and other actions are not counted.

Limits reset monthly on the payment date.
- Unused messages do not roll over to the next month.
- For legal entities, the terms fixed in the paid invoice-offer apply.
